1. General Terms

1.3 Governing Language
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated or localised version, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between kd111 and players shall be conducted in English.
1.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
1.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with kd111's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and kd111 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties in connection with the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. kd111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point, including at the time of a withdrawal request. 2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on kd111. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where kd111 detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses obtained via duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any withdrawal requests associated with duplicate accounts may be declined pending investigation.
2.4 Self-Excluded Players
Players who have previously requested a self-exclusion on kd111 are not eligible to create a new account during the self-exclusion period. If you are subject to a self-exclusion and attempt to register a new account, any funds deposited to that account may be returned to you after verification, and the account will be closed without the right to withdraw any winnings generated during the self-exclusion period.
3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Deposit Fees

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

- KYC documentation has been requested but not yet received

4.4 Withdrawal to Third-Party Accounts
kd111 does not permit withdrawals to MFS accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods that are not registered in the name of the account holder. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonus & Promotions
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

General eligibility requirements include: holding a fully verified account, being in good standing with no outstanding KYC requests, and not being subject to any self-exclusion. kd111 reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotional offers at its reasonable discretion, including where prior bonus abuse has been detected.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded on kd111 are subject to a wagering requirement. 5.3 Bonus Abuse
kd111 does not tolerate bonus abuse in any form. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; making deposits solely to claim a deposit bonus with no genuine intention to play; using low-risk or hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements; and sharing accounts or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, kd111 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any winnings derived from that bonus, and permanently close the player's account.
5.4 Seasonal Promotions
kd111 periodically runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day, and major cricket tournament windows such as BPL and the ICC T20 World Cup. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of launch. General bonus terms apply to seasonal promotions unless explicitly superseded by the promotion-specific terms.
5.5 Expiry of Bonuses
Bonuses that are not used or where wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. kd111 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of bonuses credited to their accounts.
6. User Obligations
6.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use kd111 solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Platform to conduct or facilitate any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any activity that interferes with the fair operation of games or betting markets.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kd111:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game or platform software to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players in any card game, tournament, or live dealer game
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the kd111 platform or its games
- Using the Platform under a false identity or impersonating another person
- Engaging in any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment reversals
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Publishing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others via any communication feature on the Platform
6.3 Accuracy of Information
You are obligated to provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and complete information in all interactions with kd111, including registration, KYC verification, and support communications. Providing false information at any stage is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
6.4 Responsible Gaming Obligations
You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that it is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity responsibly. kd111 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, take advantage of the time-out feature during periods of heavy play, and reach out to our support team if gaming begins to feel less like entertainment and more like an obligation. You agree to use kd111's responsible gaming tools honestly and not to attempt to circumvent self-imposed limits by opening duplicate accounts.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your kd111 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500) will be withdrawn to your registered MFS account, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigation. Balances below ৳500 at the time of closure may not be withdrawable and will be forfeited in line with these Terms.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by kd111
kd111 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account, at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity
- Failure to provide KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested
- Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
- Account belonging to a player under the age of 18
- Account belonging to a player subject to an active self-exclusion
- Operating multiple accounts in breach of the single account policy
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kd111 staff
Where an account is closed by kd111 due to breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited, particularly where the balance was derived from activity that violated these Terms. kd111 will provide a written explanation of the closure reason to the player's registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months or more. kd111 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts to cover the cost of maintaining the account record. kd111 will make reasonable efforts to return the remaining balance to the player's registered MFS account before the balance reaches zero.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
kd111 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. kd111 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, including the inability to place bets or access funds during a maintenance period or technical outage.
8.2 Game Outcomes
All casino games and sports betting markets available on kd111 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the natural outcome of live gameplay. kd111 does not control, influence, or guarantee any game outcome. By participating in any game or betting market on the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose part or all of the funds you deposit.
8.3 Limitation of Financial Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. kd111 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action and whether kd111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.4 Third-Party Payment Providers
kd111 uses third-party MFS payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to process deposits and withdrawals. kd111 is not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in payment processing that are attributable to the third-party payment provider.
